Frigid temperatures are proven to be extremely beneficial to the skin. I have been a longtime advocate of cold therapy and have used it in different forms since I began my career.

Cold therapy helps stimulate collagen and elastin production, which tightens the skin. The cold air helps to remove toxins and CO2 from the superficial layers of the skin. It also calms down redness and inflammation, which makes it a great option for clients with rosacea or eczema.

During our treatments, cryogenically cooled air is blown onto the face; it is non-invasive, pain-free, and has many wonderful benefits, which makes it extremely popular among my clients. 

After cryo-therapy, skin looks smoother, tighter, and more luminous. You can benefit from a singular treatment, but for best results, I recommend 6 consecutive treatments 1-2 times per week.
