7 Skincare Products You Shouldn't Live Without

Skincare. Can't live with it, can't live without it, right? Find the right regimen and you're glowing like nobody's business. Make one misstep and suffer the consequences of less than stellar skin. So being that it's such risky business, we thought it only wise to seek the advice of Joanna Czech, esthetician extraordinaire, to see what she thinks are the 7 skincare products you shouldn't live without. Get ready to get glowing.

Meder Gel Net Apax: I love the fact that this cleanser supports even the most reactive skins. It’s so gentle and unlike many cleansers, it doesn’t create an uncomfortable tightness. I also love that it has a pump, which makes it very easy to use.

Biologique Recherche P50w 1970: This multi-purpose powerhouse is a toner, micro-exfoilator and pH controlling lotion all in one. It brightens, smooths and prevents skin from break outs and dehydration. It is my absolute MUST HAVE!

Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum: I’ve been in the industry for 32 years, and this is by far my favorite stand alone product. I love the scent, the consistency, and the 22 active botanicals that address and treat almost every skin condition. It leaves the skin glowing, and it’s great for travel too, especially because I’m always on the go!

Medik8 CE ThioneThis serum is my all time favorite vitamin C product. It is a strong antioxidant that lasts 24 hours and leaves a glow without causing any irritation. It gets it super power from vitamin C, E and L’glutathione.

Biologique Recherche Masque Vernix: This cream is super hydrating, super healing, and incredibly nourishing. It is 80% hyaluronic acid, 10% protein and 10% lipids.

Omorovicza Perfecting Lip BalmThis hydrating balm is stimulating, making lips appear plumper and it brings a natural redness to the lips. Everything I want in a balm!

Environ Derma-Lac Lotion & Vitamin A, C, E  Oil: There is no better treatment for the body. The acidic lotion acts as a micro-exfoliator and the the oil leaves skin, smooth and hydrated, & even toned. It’s packed with antioxidants; beautifully preparing and strengthening the skin for summer time.

With 30 years of experience, beginning in Poland, and built in NY, Joanna Czech believes that the key to the most beautiful skin is a long term approach that incorporates a seasonal regimen, relaxation, comfort, and diet rather than short term quick fixes.

Her treatments are a mixture of the most innovative technologies and timeless techniques, many of which she learned back in Poland and have become de rigueur. The results are undeniable and the processes are never too aggressive. LED, Ultrasound, Microcurrents, Manual Massage and Manipulation of the Facial Muscles are incorporated into her customized treatments that are based on the condition of the skin, rather than a type.

Joanna has a long list of notable clients including: Anna Wintour, Christy Turlington Burns, Cate Blanchett , Kate Winslet, Uma Thurman, Liam Neeson, Kyra Sedgwick, and Sting & Trudie Styler. Her work has appeared on the covers of Vogue, British Vogue , AnOther Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, InStyle, and Hollywood Life as well advertising campaigns for Dior, Givenchy, SKII, and Maybelline.

In 2012, Joanna moved to Dallas, TX where she now resides and in late 2015 she opened Joanna Czech Dallas whose offerings include her lauded customized facials, LED body treatments and other luxurious aesthetic services as well as a unique retail space.

Most recently, Joanna has served as Global Skincare Advisor for La Mer and is a Global Brand Ambassador for Biologique Recherché.
