During your checkout process you will be shown real time rates from Fed Ex for a variety of shipping speeds. Any orders placed after 5:30pm CST will be shipped out the following day.
We understand that sometimes you order a product and then when it arrives you realized it wasn’t what you were hoping for. In the event this happens, you can return any item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at orders@joannaczech.com.

If you opened and used a product, but then decide it is not for you, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. But we suggest using the product in another way instead of tossing it- for example if you find a skin cream is too heavy for you maybe you can use it as a body cream. Again- feel free to call or email us with any of your questions.
