Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file.

Should you need to cancel due to Covid infection or exposure, you may apply for a refund of your cancellation fee by sending a copy of your positive result or exposure notification to us at All personal information will be destroyed upon receipt.
