JoannaCzech.com ships to residential and business addresses within the domestic United States and U.S. Territories using UPS as our exclusive shipping carrier.
We deliver across the United States as well as U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, except Public holidays.
Additionally, we offer shipping via DHL to all residential and business addresses around the Globe with responsibility of our customers to pay all shipping, delivery, duties & tax costs associated with their orders.

The above guaranteed business day delivery timing includes 1-2 business days of processing at our warehouse.
Orders placed on JoannaCzech.com by 12 PM noon. EST on a business day, will ship the same day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to United States P.O. Boxes, the American Armed Forces or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
U.S. TERRITORY ORDERS
We now offer ground shipping (3-5 Business Days) to all U.S. Territories through UPS. This includes American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Returns are eligible according to our U.S. returns policy. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.
There is no Saturday Delivery offered at this time. Please note that UPS Ground and Expedited Shipping imply shipping estimates only on business days, excluding Public Holidays. If you place your order on a Thursday and select Expedited Shipping you will receive your order in 1-3 business days.
Customers that are outside the United States & Territories may place an order on JoannaCzech.com and will be prompted with a shipping rate through DHL calculated at checkout. Global customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. At this time we cannot honor Returns nor Exchanges to our customers that place orders on JoannaCzech.com outside the United States. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to get you your items ASAP – but there may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Delivery times could be affected by canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, please contact our Concierge Team right away. A concierge representative will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product immediately.
In some cases, we may ship the items of your order separately, Items which are unavailable to fulfill at the time of your order, will be marked as “unshipped” on the receipt of the package. If this is not the case and an item is in fact missing, please contact the Joanna Czech Concierge Team as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all U.S. online orders, full price items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/or tags.
To make a Return or Exchange, please email email@example.com with your original order number and request for return or exchange.
