The Fischer tea is a unique blend made from 100% wild Icelandic medicinal herbs. Herbs including birch, sweet cicely, angelica root, red clover, thyme, and swiss pine all handpicked in remote and untouched places in Iceland.

Birch Leaves, Creeping Thyme, Angelica Seeds, Sweet Cicely, Birch Bark, Angelica Root, Red Clover, Arctic Root and Swiss Pine Essential Oil.
Put 1-3 tablespoons of herbs in a strainer. Pour hot water over herbs and cover to keep essential oils from escaping. Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.
