P50 1970 gently exfoliates the skin, regulates excessive sebum secretion, moisturizes and helps maintain the epidermis’ acid pH. It prevents and treats in-growing hairs, and is therefore ideal for pre and post-shaving skin care.

Lotion P50, the most famous and coveted product, is the keystone to Biologique Recherche skin care treatment. All Biologique Recherche skin care treatments,  start with the P50 ritual. It is applied in the morning and in the evening.

Available in 50 mL / 1.7 oz., 150 mL / 5.1 oz. and 250 mL / 8.4 oz.

There are 6 versions of this unique multifunction toner.

P50 balancing exfoliators speed up the epidermis’ natural exfoliating process and the reconstruction of the epidermal shield. The fortified epidermis can then fulfill its protective functions completely, enhancing the skin’s self-regeneration potential.

The P50 collection has recently undergone a repackaging, and may arrive with a foil seal over the bottle opening. When removing the foil, look closely to make sure the clear film has been removed, as well. If it remains, it may be removed with tweezers or pierced with a pin. Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids, Poly-Hydroxy-Acids And Beta-Hydroxy-Acids, Cider Vinegar, Phytic Acid, Sulphur, Magnesium Chloride, Vitamin B3 (Or Pp), Horseradish, Burdock, Sorrel, Onion, Myrrh And Myrtle Extracts, Thyme Essential Oil, Phenol
Can be used all over the face, neck and cleavage. Apply to the eye area once or twice a week.  The first week: saturate moistened cotton pads with Lotion P50 1970 and apply to the face, neck and cleavage. Thereafter: saturate dry cotton pads with the lotion.
The combination of Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids, Poly-Hydroxy-Acids, and Beta-Hydroxy Acids in Lotion P50 1970 work together to chemically loosen the top layer of old skin cells so they can be washed away. In doing so, the lotion encourages new skin cells to form, which promotes radiant, more youthful skin. Additional ingredients in the formula, like apple cider vinegar and thyme essential oil, are then able to penetrate the skin to purify and hydrate. By removing the top layer of dead skin, this balancing exfoliator also improves the absorption of other skincare products, like serums and moisturizers, allowing them to penetrate the skin more effectively, maximize their benefits, and experience even more rejuvenated skin.
Lotion P50 1970 offers more benefits than just any standard toner—over time, you will start to notice a more even skin tone and a clearer complexion, especially if you experience hyperpigmentation, acne, or discoloration. After a few weeks of using this moisturizing toner, you may experience more refined pores, a softer and smoother skin texture, and more balanced oil production.
